  2. LICENSE AGREEMENT
  3. ======================================================================

  5. RunServices is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:
  6.  
  7. 1. All copyrights to RunServices are exclusively owned by Aquatory
  8. Software.
  9.  
  10. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  11. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue
  12. to use RunServices, you MUST register.
  13.  
  14. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
  15. RunServices on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose,
  16. at a time. The registered RunServices software may not be rented or
  17. leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it
  18. agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the
  19. transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  21. 4. The RunServices unregistered trial version, may be freely
  22. distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution
  23. package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  24. distribution of RunServices without written permission from the
  25. copyright holder. The RunServices unregistered trial version may not be
  26. bundled or distributed with any other package without written
  27. permission of the copyright holder.

  32. 6. RUNSERVICES IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
  33. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. AQUATORY SOFTWARE WILL
  34. NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND
  35. OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  37. 7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  38. decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  39. licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
  40. provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result
  41. in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result
  42. in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  44. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Aquatory
  45. Software.

  47. 8. Installing and using RunServices signifies acceptance of these terms
  48. and conditions of the license.

  50. 9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  51. RunServices files from your storage devices and cease to use the
  52. product.
